Music as editable notes
Audiomidi.app is published and maintained under the Audiomidi.app name. It provides tools for turning musical recordings into editable MIDI notes, reviewing tracks in the Studio, exporting notation, and rendering MIDI as audio.
Quick mode processes a supported recording in your browser. Deep mode is a separate server-assisted transcription path that uploads the selected recording after your permission and upload consent. The result is editable note information rather than a recreation of the original recording’s sound.
Transcription can produce missing notes, extra notes, or octave and timing mistakes. Clear solo phrases are useful starting points. Review a result against the original recording before using it in an arrangement. A displayed instrument label is not proof of the instrument in the source.
Use recordings you are permitted to process. Keep your original files and save your exported results.
